GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These conditions apply to all sales and deliveries, transactions of Amiira Collection / www.amiiracollection.com

General
- By placing an order, the buyer declares that he accepts these general terms and conditions without reservation.
- The sale of an item takes place after acceptance of the order by Amiira Collection and confirmation by e-mail.

Prices
- All prices are in euro’s including VAT and excluding shipping costs, as otherwise indicated.
- Amiira Collection is not liable for errors that could inadvertently lead to an incorrect sales price. Should this occur, the price will be adjusted by Amiira Collection.
Payment
- After placing an order, the buyer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. It contains the purchase price of your item(s) and any shipping costs.
- With Amiira Collection you can pay with the following payment methods: Ideal, transfer, paypal and visa.
Shipping
- The shipping costs of an order are as follows:

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 8, for orders over € 100,- free of charge.
Shipping other within EU countries € 18,-

Deliveries
- When an article has a delivery time longer than 5 working days, the buyer will be informed by e-mail.
- If items are not available, this will be notified by e-mail. The buyer has the possibility to cancel the order or to order a replacement product for the order amount or to have the money refunded.
Returns
- If the ordered items do not fit or for some other reason do not meet expectations, they can be exchanged for an item with a similar selling price within 8 working days after receipt or the purchase amount minus costs sent can be refunded.
- The completed return form must be enclosed with the return shipment. If this form is not present with this shipment, it cannot be processed.
- Goods that are returned must be received by Amiira Collection in their original condition, i.e. with attached tickets, undamaged and unworn.

- The costs and risk of return shipments are for the account of the buyer. The shipping costs for sending a one-off replacement item are for the account of Amiira Collection.
- If the buyer meets the conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days.
- Discounted items can be exchanged for another item with a similar selling price within 8 days of receipt. However, the shipping costs are for the account of the buyer.
